I have received another offer that is not quite as high as my initial offer but thanks anyway, I will bare it in mind if the other offer falls through.

You may notice that the blog denotes that I have only received a few hits on the posts, this is not actually representative of the amount of site hits, the post only registers a hit if you land directly on the permalink and the page that the post is on, so if you land on www.soldsecure.co.uk it will not register but if you land on http://soldsecure.co.uk/siteforsale.php/2008/08/21/this-site-for-sale-or-rent-or-custom-blo it will, this means that the site has been found from Google and not by typing soldsecure.co.uk, that means the site is crawled, and indexed by Google in a few days and the appropriate page requested, all that with just 2 posts on the site.

You may also notice a page rank of 2, 2 is not all that great but to be page ranked in a few days on a website blog with 2 posts takes some beating.

I can supply raw access logs for interested parties but I will need a short while to accumulate any worthwhile stats.

Most of our blogs follow the same progress (Not often page ranked this quickly though) and I can set them up for you for £200 to £400 if you want a feed site for your main website, provided you follow my guidelines you will get more traffic through the blog than you get directly on your main website.
